- You're not allowed to question why she narrates in English but speaks Chinese. I can't be bothered to learn how to type in Chinese and you probably can't be bothered to learn to read Chinese.
The Chinese just says "Mama! Papa!" (pronounced ma-ma and ba-ba if you're curious).
